1. The service
IPTV VIP provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet, for personal, non-commercial use, on the number of screens included in your plan.
2. Your account
Keep your login private. Sharing it beyond the screens included in your plan may lead to suspension. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Orders and payment
Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and confirmed when you order.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, rebroadcast or share access unless you are an approved reseller.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
- Follow the laws that apply where you live.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running around the clock, but channels and content can change, and short interruptions may happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy (7-day window).
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
