1. What to include in a notice
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- Where the material appears (channel name, title or link).
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What we do
We review valid notices, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate and may suspend repeat infringers.
3. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details and an explanation.
