Before you start
- Your login details (username, password, server URL). No login yet? Request a free trial or choose a plan.
- Your MAG Box connected to the internet.
Activate the box
Find the MAC address
Turn the box over: the MAC address is printed on the label (it starts with 00:1A:79).
Send it with your order
Include the MAC address in your WhatsApp order. We activate the box remotely and reply with your portal URL.
Add the portal
Open the settings
When the box loads the main portal screen, press SETUP/SET on the remote.
Go to Portals
Open System Settings, then Servers, then Portals.
Enter the portal
Type a name in Portal 1 Name and paste the URL we sent into Portal 1 URL.
Save and restart
Choose OK to save, press EXIT, then restart the box. The channel list loads after the restart.
Tips for a smooth picture
- A MAG box is linked to one MAC address: tell us before you replace the box so we can move your subscription.
